Black Isle Bar & Rooms

Ein Hostel mit Lage direkt im Zentrum der Stadt, 2 Minuten vom Busbahnhof entfernt. Die Zimmer sind gut, die gemeinsamen Anlagen und Räume sauber und ordentlich. Insgesamt hat es eine schöne, alternative Atmosphäre und der Check-In ist unkompliziert gewesen. Die Zimmer und Rezeption sind auf mehrere Stockwerke verteilt.

A great place to relax with friends over a few beers and try different styles. It has a nice mix of locals and tourists, creating a great atmosphere. We highly recommend the Black Isle beers, especially the Helles if you’re looking for a light, refreshing lager. If you enjoy dark beers that aren’t sweet, try the Black Isle Nitro Black—it’s smooth and very different from sweeter dark beers. The pizza is good; not amazing, but definitely worth ordering. The bowl of olives is delicious for sharing, and it’s a nice bonus that they’re pitted. We wouldn’t recommend the Garlic Pizza Bread (we added mozzarella), as it was quite greasy. It didn’t taste bad at all, but we’d choose the pizza instead next time!

We ate in the restaurant. The pizza was okay and the beer good. This was an over crowded and busy restaurant. Service required waiting in line and ordering from the bar.

The pizza was amazing. The staff was also very helpful and attentive even when it was extremely busy.
