The downstairs cruising area is like the Walking Dead, just older men lurking and chasing you. When you go into a room and try to close the door, they trip you. There are no locks. They've all been ripped off. After five minutes, I politely went to say I was leaving and asked for a refund, and they refused. So I will NOT be back, neither for the service nor the experience. The place was nice, it's a shame. That's life, and that's what they encourage, so they can stay there.

CRUISING AREA REVIEW: THE BEST: Of all the cruising spots in Barcelona, ​​this one has the best rooms. It's a spacious area, and you can tell it's designed for couples or encounters with more people. There are large beds, small beds, a massage table, and sofas. In my opinion, it's the best maintained. It has two well-kept bathrooms, and there are seats and a sofa so you don't have to stand all the time. There are lockers to leave your things, but I didn't understand how they work. (I don't know if you have to ask for the key upstairs beforehand.) The entrance is discreet and separate from the sex shop. It has two cinemas: one larger and older than the other. Sometimes women (not employed by the establishment) come here to work, something you don't see in other places, and personally, I don't mind; in fact, it adds to the excitement. THE WORST: Entry is cash only, €10. All the TVs have no sound. One of the cinemas has no sound. One room is missing a bed. Some areas are outdated, like the stripper pole. It might have worked in the past, but I think something else could be put there now. CONCLUSION: It's one of the best places in Barcelona I've visited, and it's a shame it's not as popular as it used to be because it has the potential to be full of heterosexual or LGBTQ+ couples. Personally, I would recommend it.

The shop is beautifully designed. I'm thrilled with the basement, which has a €10 entrance fee and various cinemas, booths, etc. Absolutely fantastic, also very suitable for couples.

The adult cinema area is quite run-down, with old facilities and a lack of hygiene. The atmosphere is mostly older people, between 50 and 70 years old or so. I went with my girlfriend, and they practically didn't let us breathe. You clearly showed, even verbally, that you didn't want to do anything with them, and they just kept insisting. The guys working upstairs were quite friendly, but a man who claimed to be the manager was disrespectful, even aggressive, and very rude.

Bad service, really weird staff.

I went in to get latex polish, which I don't think is anything unusual, and the clerk tells me they don't have poppers XD. I was freaking out, I just want latex polish... but apparently he didn't know what it was. I don't know, maybe they should have a little more product knowledge; it doesn't seem that strange to me. They don't have much variety. I recommend not going.

The renovations to the cinemas have turned out beautifully.
