I've been a customer of Erotix for about 8 years, several times a week. Everything is fine with the staff except for Joel. I've never met such a rude and unpleasant person. I think the management at Erotix needs to take urgent action. The way they treat their customers is terrible. They treat everyone very poorly.

To enjoy the C area... The signage right at the entrance is a bit confusing. Especially since all the doors on the first floor are closed, you don't know where to go in and there's no one to explain. Being my first time and with such confusing signage, I put the money in a slot I saw for it, unfortunately in the wrong place. I went downstairs to tell the guy (supposedly the store manager, around 30 or 40 years old) and his only response was that there were no refunds, and that I also had to pay for the C area entrance fee... After arguing for a while, his only answer was that to get a refund I had to indicate that I wasn't using the movie booth, which I wasn't doing since I was talking to him about the refund and getting into the C area... He also refused to indicate that I wasn't in the movie booth that I had mistakenly paid for, so I could get a refund! After a long argument, even though I was the one who paid, he started offering solutions to my friend instead of me. That employee had absolutely no problem resolving the conflict. Finally, he offered my friend a solution: a refund of the money I put in the booth plus a voucher for the remaining money. This solution was never offered to me 🤷🏽‍♂️ Furthermore, if I'm the one paying, even if I spoke with my friend before giving him the voucher, he should have made sure my friend could keep it. Otherwise, he would have made it easy for me to be robbed... Later, I returned the next day and was served by an older employee (around 50/60 years old) who was much nicer than the other guy. He also informed me that you can return later with the ticket they give you, or at least that's what I understood! If you're looking for a place to have sex with several people; It's important to note that most of the people are older and it's not very crowded. The place is spacious, with plenty of booths! Some are completely enclosed for your privacy, and others have a peephole 🕳️. It looks like a well-maintained and clean place! The price is quite affordable for the hours they offer!
