Hotel Vista al Sol

The boss is charming, the employees are a bunch who should be fired.

My stay at Vista al Sol was spectacular, even though it was only for one day. The location is perfect, very well connected and easily accessible. The staff was very attentive and friendly; they escorted us to our room after check-in, which was a very nice touch. The place is super cute, with a pool (although it wasn't open yet) and a gazebo with sofas and a small table that was a delight to relax in. They allowed us to drive in to unload our luggage, which made arrival much easier. The room had a comfortable bed and a small refrigerator, although the bathroom was a bit small, but acceptable for our stay. If I had to mention something I didn't like, it was that coffee wasn't served at noon, as the café/bar wasn't open 24 hours, which was a little inconvenient. Also, the bathroom was somewhat small. Overall, the experience was very positive, and I would definitely recommend this accommodation for a short or long visit.

I hadn't slept so well in ages. Waking up at the Hotel Vista al Sol is wonderful; the views are spectacular and the room was incredibly spacious and bright. Everything was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The name is perfect: it's a peaceful haven filled with light. I'll definitely be back!

It's unbelievable that at reception the person checking in told someone that their NIE (Foreigner Identification Number) was worthless, even though it's my official document, and that they needed my passport, even though I no longer use it for identification. Besides, what if I hadn't had my passport photo when I presented an identification document?

No complaints about the room, but the receptionists couldn't be more unpleasant in their service, both on the phone and in person.

The Hotel Vista al Sol is an excellent property at a more than reasonable price, especially when compared to more centrally located properties. It's true that it's outside of Valencia's city center, but the surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful. There's a shopping center with a supermarket just steps away, and the Metro is just one kilometer away, making it easy to get around, provided you pay attention to the schedules to avoid long waits. The room was spotless, equipped with a mini-fridge, TV, air conditioning, and a bathroom. Breakfast isn't included in the price of the stay, but there's a café next to the entrance where you can have it. The manager who greeted us, even though we couldn't communicate in Italian, tried to understand our needs and was very kind.
