It wasn't a good experience. On the first night we stayed in a suite and the suite window wouldn't close. When we went into the shower, one of the glass shower doors fell on top of us. Thank God it was on an adult who managed to control the problem. Then we were moved to a second suite where first the TV didn't work and then there was no hot water, which made us a little sad. The good part, which should also be mentioned, is the friendliness of all the staff. Breakfast is good. The bad part is that my young daughter got sick because the window in the living room where they were sleeping wouldn't close, and at 4 am we had to move the children to the large room and we went to sleep on the sofa. When you pay more than 200 euros a night you expect excellent service at the Hilton level and honestly we are disappointed.

Close to conference center and old town. Roomservice was not very profesional.

First hotel where everything was perfect! 🤔 Honestly, the reception staff were incredibly friendly, the facilities were excellent, the food was super cheap, the breakfast was unbeatable, and the waiters were absolutely professional. There's a garage under the hotel; access is a little tricky, but with the map they give you at reception, it's easy. Next to reception, they have a 24-hour coffee, soft drink, pastry, and snack bar. I'm very happy and will definitely return, as it's very reasonably priced and the hotel is excellent overall.

I'm forced to change my 5-star review from last year to the following: The condition of the room I stayed in was quite poor. The finishes were worn, the mirrors were chipped, and the sliding wardrobe door was stuck. When I tried to move it, it fell, which I thought was a good thing since they would fix it. But when I returned, I found it jammed back in place but still unable to open. Very bad. Overall, the room looked old and poorly maintained. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and the facilities were perfect, but we ended up spending most of our time in the room. A bad experience for the price I paid.

I went to spend a night with my partner, and we booked a room with a king-size bed, it said, and it turned out to be two beds pushed together. We slept terribly, the bed kept opening up in the middle, awful, and there were noises from other floors at 7 in the morning. Otherwise, it was fine.

The hotel itself is very high quality: friendly welcome, comfortable beds, clean rooms—everything is excellent. However, the restaurant is quite deplorable: the staff, especially one young man, are completely clueless (they don't know their job, they're completely unfamiliar with wines, and we had to wait 30 minutes for our second course even though the dining room was almost empty). After 30 minutes, he came to tell us there would be a long wait, even though our main course arrived 5 minutes later. And to top it all off, the fish dish we ordered was completely tasteless, with neither the asparagus nor the mussels. I recommend the hotel, but definitely not the restaurant.

Far from the city center. And every afternoon the water would go out. Unheard of in a hotel of this caliber.
