Hotel Ebeso

Clean and modern room. Magnificent sea view! Very varied and fresh breakfast. I would gladly return.

The hotel has great location! 1. But rooms are of 2 star hotel not 4 star and so it's way over priced! Rooms are in need for urgent renovation! 2. Restaurant and breakfast are are good. 3. On reception they have very rude staff specially guy with mustaches he has condescending and argumentative behavior towards guest instead of having helpful and services oriented. They should definitely move him to kitchen or bar as he makes worst impression if low quality 2 star rooms are not enough to spoil your mood. 4. They ask you to pay extra to use locker in room or sauna in hotel! Its insane! Their is no basic facility in room like water cattle, tea, coffee. Its a very basic 2 star quality hotel!

The attitude of both Booking.com and the hotel was shameful. After making a simple human error with the date, I contacted them just 30 minutes after booking to move my stay from the 20th-21st to the 19th-20th. JUST ONE DAY FOR ANOTHER. I wasn't asking for a refund, a cancellation, or any special favors: simply to change one day for another. The only response was to hide behind their "company policies," demonstrating an absolute lack of empathy, flexibility, and common sense. It's clear that once they've been paid, the customer ceases to matter to them completely. Deplorable customer service and an experience that leaves much to be desired.

The hotel is great. You won't get lost in the hallways. The service is very attentive and polite. The location is really cool. And the rooms could be bigger. The food in the dining room is repetitive from day to day and could be improved. Overall, it was a good experience.

An amazing place, come and discover it for yourself, don't just hear about it.
