We spent four days at this hotel and everything was a very good experience: the room, the cleanliness, the breakfast... and a special mention for the hotel's public relations staff, who were friendly, polite, and attentive to every detail... it was a very special few days.

A fantastic experience! The hotel is very well located, the breakfast is excellent and not too crowded. The staff are fantastic... and Marieta is a 10 out of 10! We will definitely be back.

We only stayed one night, but the experience was unbeatable. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home! The entire staff, from reception and public relations to housekeeping and buffet service, provided excellent and friendly service. The lifeguard, who told us he was Cuban, was incredibly kind to us while we enjoyed the views from the pool. Highly recommended for a pleasant holiday on the island of Gran Canaria!

Our room was spectacular for a hotel of this category. Everyone was very friendly, and we felt well looked after and treated at all times. My only suggestion would be to offer more variety at breakfast, as it was the same every day. However, this is a minor criticism because everything else was absolutely perfect and even exceeded our expectations in other aspects. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful five days at the hotel. If I had to find a fault, it would be that at breakfast, during peak times, some items were unavailable or ran out, and there wasn't always time to replenish them. Also, our room only seemed to be swept one day out of the five; the cleaning staff clearly work faster than they should. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and attentive (housekeeping, dining room, reception), and it was much appreciated that the public relations representative, who welcomed us to the hotel, was always willing to lend a hand and suggest visits or activities. A big thank you to her and her colleagues.

I stopped by the hotel to inquire about rates, as a group of friends are coming, and the service was excellent. The receptionist who helped me, Dimar, was very friendly and informed me of the prices, and the public relations representative, Marietta, was very kind and always smiling as she showed me around the hotel. Thank you.

We stayed for 5 days in June, and we only have good things to say. The location is great, and above all, the staff are wonderful; they make you feel right at home.

The hotel has a perfect location, is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly. Marieta, the public relations manager, is approachable, charming, and attentive to ensure everything was perfect; undoubtedly a true professional.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The facilities fell far short of our expectations. Upon arrival, the room had a strong sewer smell and very poor finishes. We also found two cockroaches in the room. After reporting this, they responded immediately and moved us to a second room which, to our surprise, also had cockroaches. Finally, they moved us to a third room that appeared to be clean, although it was considerably smaller than the one we had initially booked. On the other hand, the breakfast was mediocre (far from what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel), and the quality is clearly lacking. Unfortunately, despite the good service we received from the staff and the hotel's excellent location, we will not be staying here again.
