HolaCamp Sitges Relax

A very pleasant campsite, well-maintained and very quiet at night. The welcome was professional and friendly. And above all, the sanitary facilities were impeccably clean. The center of Sitges is easily accessible by bus. Our stay was short but very relaxing, and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Relax. The quiet accommodation is very well-equipped. The staff is incredibly attentive and kind. The location is ideal for visiting the city, going to the beach... Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻 Thank you to the whole team! 🙏🏻

The campsite itself is decent. The reception is very friendly and the staff speak several languages, which is a real plus. The rooms are pleasant. The campsite has a secure indoor parking area with an automatic license plate recognition barrier (be aware, however, that there was a small data entry error on one of our plates during check-in, but this was quickly resolved). The major drawback: We had a terrible night, woken up between 3 and 5 a.m. by extremely rude guests. Despite the considerable distance between their bungalow and ours, the noise was incessant: their three children wandered around in the middle of the night, shouting, laughing, and running around the tents several times. In addition to these repeated shouts and comings and goings, the behavior of this group was simply shameful and unacceptable: they urinated on the doors of the communal toilets and even went so far as to leave a pair of socks filled with urine right in front of our bungalow. Faced with such behavior, the campsite management should absolutely install sound level meters or conduct night patrols to immediately exclude these kinds of people. It's a real shame for the facilities, which are otherwise of high quality.

How is it possible that the restaurant and supermarket are closed on a Wednesday? What kind of service do they offer? And the restaurant charges €4.50 for a glass of wine! This is a campsite, not a Meliá hotel.

Very good campsite. Nice pitch and extremely tidy. Cleaning cloth constantly at work, even on Sundays. Big congratulations.

I booked an XS pitch described as 'accommodation only', measuring 16-25 m². My car is less than 10 m², so it seemed more than enough. At no point, neither in the description nor the terms and conditions, is it specified that these pitches are exclusively for backpackers without vehicles. This information is only given when you arrive at reception. Upon arrival, I was informed that I couldn't use that pitch with a car, and the only solution was to pay for a larger pitch with electricity included. I feel cheated: not due to any ill will on the part of the staff, but because the published information is incomplete and confusing, forcing me to pay more than expected upon arrival, including an electricity service I don't need and won't use. The campsite itself is very nice, but the lack of clarity in the pitch descriptions can ruin anyone's arrival, especially those traveling alone who are already paying full price. Please update the information so others don't get this surprise.

After three days, I still haven't received my €100 deposit in my account. Otherwise, it's a decent campsite, but the restaurant is overpriced.

Very well maintained. Pool already open. The shop has very little fruit or vegetables. But there's a grocery store nearby.

Older, large campsite with a pool. Delicious restaurant, good supermarket, and fresh bread rolls. Very friendly staff and super clean showers. Unfortunately, there are no sun loungers by the pool, the pitches are quite close together, there's no water supply directly at the pitch, and the black water disposal point, located right by the path, is outdated and gets clogged.
