This place is disgusting, and the old people they let in are awful. They should have some discretion when it comes to admitting certain individuals. Some can barely walk and are disrespectful; they harass you and touch you without permission. The average age is 80... I've seen old people who couldn't even stand up; they were crawling around. Many are aggressive and have dementia. A few days ago, one was spitting blood in the bathroom. Seriously, SHOW SOME DISCRETION ABOUT ACCESS. Take care of your customers. If you see a man over 90 who can't even walk and is coughing, the logical thing to do is deny him entry. It's incompetent. The staff are just for show.

I hadn't been there in over a year, and when I went back, everything was the same. There's a broken door on one of the booths that's been stuck for about three years and still hasn't been fixed. It was packed on a Sunday, and a bunch of monitors were turned off. The owner just wants to make money but doesn't invest in the business. It's a shame.

Visited this place during a trip to Madrid from late February to early March. It's a hot XXX adult cinema with many options for cruising and fun, be it out in the open space, in private cubicles, cubicles with single glory holes or cubicles with multiple glory holes. Most of the cubicles are equipped with a TV where you can access hundreds (or even thousands) of adult movies straight, bi, gay and trans + more. The TV menu is in Spanish only, so have your Google Translator cam ready if you don't speak the language. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The store is open until 01:00, but the cinema closes earlier, so extra kudos to the staff member who was honest with me the first day I visited and told me that the cinema was almost empty and would be closing within an hour. I came back much earlier the next day and had several hours of fun. The reason I won't give 5 stars is the restroom. It sometimes looked like a nightmare with poop on (not in) the toilet and on the floor around the toilet. Also the door to the restroom could not be locked. Some of the cabins could need some maintenance repair on doors and locks. Despite this, my overall experience was good and I will be back for sure when I visit Madrid again.

The staff were friendly; I never saw them treat anyone rudely. It's a great place to play, and the only downside is the lack of hygiene among the customers. It doesn't cost anything to clean up after yourself and throw the paper in a bin.

Lovely sales staff, explaining the toys and their differences to me. I'll be back.

WARNING!! Some customers steal rings from the back room where the fitting rooms are! Remember to leave your valuables in the lockers... which I didn't do for all my items.

I think it's terrible that in such a busy and central area, trans women aren't allowed into the cruising area simply because they're trans. It's a bit shameful, to be honest. 👍 I hope you'll take this into account for the future.

EDIT: The tattooed young man doesn't know how to treat customers properly. It's a typical sex shop, with video booths on the right and a "surprise" room at the back. Things happen there that I can't mention here, except that those under 26 get in free (everyone else pays €5) and that it's quite spacious with plenty of nooks and crannies to let your imagination run wild. By the way, the average age is quite high, so keep that in mind when you go. The red entrance hallway is a fantastic photo spot for Instagram.
