Bar Voulez Vous

This summer, like every year, my husband, my daughters, and I went for a stroll through the Yumbo Mall. We always go to Burger King for dinner first, and then we have a non-alcoholic piña colada at one of the mall's bars with the girls. I went to Voulez Vous with my daughters, thinking it would be a good place for a drink. While I waited for my husband, one of my daughters, a baby who had just learned to walk and never stops moving, sat on one of the outdoor sofas. The sofas were empty; only two or three were occupied. The baby sat on three different seats, all empty, without bothering anyone or knocking anything over, just sitting down. Suddenly, I don't know if it was an employee or the owner, and in front of everyone else, he yelled rudely at me, "That's enough, please!" I didn't say anything; I just picked up my baby and left. I have better manners than him. Where we were welcomed and had some wonderful piña coladas was at Blue Havana. The service was marvelous, and they didn't mind that my The baby danced, sat, and moved around the bar. If you want to have a drink with your family, I don't recommend Voulez Vous…they're grotesque and they don't like families with children. In response to your message, I'll tell you that YES, there was a baby, YES, I took pictures of her because I don't have to ask permission to take pictures of my children, YES, we were going to order drinks, and YES, he yelled at me and was very rude. And now I understand why all the armchairs were empty…I've realized that you don't know how to accept negative feedback since you don't apologize in any of your negative reviews; according to you, the customer is always at fault…it's quite clear that you're the liar. But don't worry, for your peace of mind, we will never go to your bar again, nor will I recommend it.

Hello, if I could give zero stars I would, but my review wouldn't appear. I'm giving a one for the welcome I received! I politely asked if there were restrooms before being seated. In an aggressive and haughty tone, I received a very dismissive response: "No toilet here!" Did I have to be gay to be accepted? It's shameful, especially since I'm surrounded by gay friends in France. Truly, it's outrageous! Avoid this place at all costs!

A must for aperitifs or for spending a pleasant moment over a drink, comfortably seated, with a top-notch welcome.

Been here twice during our vacation and would definitely come back again and again, if being on vacation were a permanent state. Very friendly staff and got decently sized, well mixed drinks at fair prices both times.
