We had an incredible stay and want to thank the entire team who made our vacation an unforgettable experience. First, a huge thank you to Rodrigo, the manager, for welcoming us so warmly from day one and for always being willing to help us with anything we needed. You can tell when someone enjoys what they do. We also want to highlight Alicia for her positive energy, friendliness, and the entertaining conversations we shared (especially when I messed up the safe at 5 am). She always made us smile and made us feel right at home. A very special thank you to Marlene, who left our room spotless every day. She was always attentive to every detail and made sure we had everything we needed. By far the best. To the bar staff, thank you so much for the excellent service and helpfulness. Especially to Marie, for her cheerfulness and kindness throughout our stay. And how could we forget Noé, who patiently endured our Spanish lessons. Lucía, thank you for always looking out for us and for your willingness to help with anything we needed. You're a truly lovely person. Finally, thank you to Rafa for supporting, helping, and advising us throughout our stay. He was always there when we needed him, and we are so grateful. We're leaving with wonderful memories and the joy of having met such amazing people. We definitely hope to return soon. Big hugs to the whole team!

We stayed at Holiday's Express in Barcelona. I think this is a better hotel than that. The rooms are spacious and there is a pool.

This hotel has everything you could want when staying away from home. The facilities are spotless and very comfortable, and all the rooms have views of the central courtyard and the pool, which we absolutely loved. The staff's friendly and attentive service is unbeatable. From the moment you book until your stay, they are always ready to help and recommend activities with a smile. The location is also a huge plus, as the metro stop is right in front of the hotel, and with its own parking near the complex, you don't have to worry about driving. Without a doubt, we will stay here again when we have the chance to return to Moncada. Thank you 🥰
