Excellent service and spacious rooms

Very bad treatment. They wouldn't feed 52 of us when we were booked and paid for. Terrible treatment!

Terrible. They left 53 of us without food because they'd forgotten our food. In exchange, they gave us a sandwich and a bottle of water. Pathetic.

Terrible service, they forgot to open the restaurant and left 53 people without food. I do not recommend this hotel.

Terrible management. They forgot to prepare a meal for a group of 53 people, and the only solution they offered was a sandwich, a banana, and a bottle of water. SHAMEFUL. I'm still waiting for an explanation from the hotel.

Terrible management, it took 5 hours to give us the rooms

We booked two rooms, one was worse than the other. HORRIBLE!!! Rundown, poorly equipped rooms. Not at all what they advertise. The air conditioning is outdated, loud, very weak, totally dirty and probably moldy, as is the bathroom. The furniture is worn and not very clean. The toilet moves and there is a constant sewer smell in the bathroom. The shower sprays everywhere, the bathtub is clean, but the tiles are worn, the corners and joints are moldy in several places. The cleaning is sporadic. Sometimes we had to call because we didn't have clean towels, toilet paper and the garbage was covered. The locks are in such a bad condition that they barely close, so there were several times when we found an open door because the blanket didn't check to see if it was properly, with a lot of force. This could have been the problem with all the rooms in the corridor, because everyone was banging on it, making it impossible to relax. The restaurant is good, the food is delicious and the selection is wide and varied every day. The staff is kind and helpful. It got one star because of them alone.

The hotel is somewhat old and neglected, the pool is shaded almost all day, the beds are small, and the pillows are paper-thin. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the food, which pleasantly surprised us, both in terms of variety despite the small size of the hotel, and in terms of flavor and quality of ingredients—everything was very good with thoughtful touches.

Excellent customer service throughout the hotel. The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, as are the beds and pillows. The hot water is excellent with incredible pressure. The food is delicious, varied, and high-quality, at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The maître d' was very friendly and helpful. Everyone at reception was willing to assist, and the bar and pool area made us feel right at home. Even the housekeeping staff were very kind, attentive, and helpful. We will definitely return when we are in Salou.
