Commercial music, and in the middle of July they don't provide glasses of water (illegal?). They charge €3 for a small bottle of water. Entry is €20 for two drinks; if you have to pay for water, the place obviously becomes more expensive. They also don't refill the toilet paper in the women's restroom; the only option is to use napkins. The men's restroom does have toilet paper.

It's shameful that a nightclub during Pride, packed to capacity, doesn't have air conditioning. In the bathrooms, one minute of peeing feels like 30 minutes in the sauna because of the heat. Ms. Hierbabuena, please try to get the manager's attention and tell him to turn on the air conditioning.

The doormen are absolutely disgraceful and rude. I hope nobody comes here. I hope they go bankrupt. They're the worst.

Transphobic and racist treatment. The security guards are terrifying. Two friends and I (all trans men) came out of the bathroom, and the security guard pointed at my Colombian friend, while not at us—we white men. He said that if he saw another "woman" come out of the bathroom, he'd punch her. Just like that. I explained that we were trans men and that we were sorry for the confusion, and he insisted that he only had a problem with my Colombian friend. We ended up in a fight, me and the security guard, who kept trying to attack us. It all started as racially motivated violence, then became transphobic, and after we defended ourselves, it turned into physical violence. The owner, who was present, did nothing, nor did the other security guards. My partner finally separated us, and we left. It's frightening that this happened in a "safe" nightclub. They have a disgrace of a bunch of bouncers. They didn't even give us their name.
