terrible experience, extremely hot inside, no fans nor air conditioning, i was sweating with my friends all time, people could suffocated in this summer, no any energy to do anything with other guys, we will never come back, better have a drink in the bar, we were suffering all the time

The place isn't bad, it's just that the air conditioning is too low; you roast in the little rooms.

It doesn't even deserve one star, there's no light at all, almost causing an accident, it's practically a completely dark room, if you want to go there to relax forget it, they care more about you not being able to see anything and cracking your skull than the comfort of the place.

I would have liked to give it 5 stars because the facilities are amazing, the place is clean, and the music is good. But just before leaving, I wanted to get a sandwich and a soda, which I asked the young man at reception for. He rudely asked me (as a customer) if I knew if they still had sandwiches for sale. I replied that I didn't know, that he should know that since he was the receptionist. That's when he got angry and started telling me that I should ask and find out before buying anything. The worst part is that he ignored me, continued serving the person behind me, and refused to sell me what I wanted either. His service was terrible, and he showed a complete lack of respect for customers.

The place seems to be clean and well lighted, with pretty good attendance with a younger (low 30s) to middle aged crowd on the Friday afternoon that I visited. I was with a friend; but it looked to me as though fun could be had by a solo visitor without any problem at all. A very large sauna, a nice maze and movie room, and a very nice bar. The showers and lockers were clean and well maintained. The place has more than one level; but the stairs seemed to me to be nice and wide and reasonably well lighted. I didn't use them, but there were both dry and wet saunas and plenty of cabins for privacy if you want that
