Luxury, definitely not! Services offered are nonexistent. The pool bar is constantly closed, the Sky Bar has misleading 'happy hour' advertising, the breakfast is acceptable but with only one toaster that fits two slices of bread for the entire hotel, the gym is half-assed, the bathrooms flood from the showers, and it's impossible to get a massage all weekend for mysterious reasons. The staff is scarce and has limited resources, yet they do a tremendous amount... They don't replenish the toilet paper in the room, they make the beds but don't clean the bathrooms. If you charge me €50/day with these issues, I can understand, but to charge me almost €500 for two days, for a double room (€306 with an extra 80cm bed for €162), seems like a very, very poor experience.

Fantastic stay. The apartment was luxurious. Excellent rest, great views, facilities, and service. Highly recommended. I'll be back.

There was no complimentary water, and no set of towels; we stayed two days and that was a mistake. The sandy beach was about a 10-minute walk away, and the town too. The hotel and the pools were very good, and the staff were very friendly.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Kurz gesagt: Das Frühstück hat uns nicht überzeugt. Das Fitnessstudio konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil es dort viel zu heiß war. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nur sehr schwach funktioniert. Der Aufzug war die ganze Zeit außer Betrieb Der Außenpool war nicht nutzbar, weil das Wasser total warm war und der Pool aussah, als wäre das Wasser noch nie gewechselt wordsen. Der Jacuzzi war einfach nur unhygienisch und damit für uns ebenfalls nicht nutzbar – siehe Bilder. Außerdem befand sich direkt neben unserem Fenster zwei Tage lang eine Baustelle, die uns jeden Morgen geweckt hat. Auf Anfrage erhielten wir no anderes Zimmer. Zusätzlich fand hier am 27. und 28. Juli ein Fest statt, bei dem über 16 Stunden lang Kugelbomben gezündet wurden, sodass eine erholsame Nacht unmöglich war. Ich rate niemanden um diese Zeit in diesem Ort Urlaub zu machen. Nie wieder! Schade um das Geld! Wir fahren unerholt aus dem Urlaub zurück. Die guten Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Positiv: Die Zimmer waren sauber und hatten Meerblick. When we asked for a different room, our request was denied. Furthermore, a local festival took place here on July 27 and 28, during which loud aerial fireworks were set off for more than 16 hours, making it impossible to get a restful night's sleep. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place for a holiday at this time of year. Never again! A complete waste of money. We are returning from our vacation feeling anything but rested. We simply cannot understand the positive reviews. Positive: The rooms were clean and had a sea view. The staff were friendly. We do not recommend it! In short: The breakfast was disappointing.
