El Lamp Hotel

Cozy spa area.

Had three fantastic nights with the spa at the lamp in mid-February. The spa was almost empty every day, which contributed to the luxury and that you could really make full use of all the saunas and pools. There were plenty of snacks that were free to partake of. We would love to come back, but I recommend trying to pick days in the middle of the week for the spa. According to the staff, they have up to 24 places and I have a hard time seeing that the spa is relaxing even with 10 people... The only possible improvement is to heat up the large pool a bit, and that you would like to have more fragrant products to enhance the experience. On the other hand, it is probably a good spa if you are allergic to a lot of fragrance :) The breakfast was great, just the right size, fresh, with good ingredients. The room was the same, comfortable beds and sheets. The location is also great, fun to take a walk around Norrköping when there is space. Recommended, we will come again!

Very nice hotel but service was lousy, don't think service minded and satisfied customers but only money.. forgot a pair of swimming trunks asked them to send by post, the answer was that they do it but for a fixed service fee of 100kr right in the hotel's pocket after staying at the hotel for a good amount. The shipping for a pair of swimming trunks ended up being over 200kr when asked about reducing the cost I was told that the 100kr service fee should remain but the shipping could be reduced to 61kr non-trackable. 161kr in total.

I booked a spa package with breakfast and entrance to the relaxation area & gym. From the moment I arrived until I left, everything was perfect! Very nice staff who made sure I always had what I needed, very good breakfast (wonderful sourdough bread) and very beautiful surroundings. It is quiet, nice and well planned. Every corner is beautiful. I am super happy with everything! Highly recommend the Lamp hotel. I have stayed at the hotel before and been to the spa before and will return when I can.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly furnished during my last visit. I also loved the location. It's about a 15-minute walk to the train station, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Was there for the evening spa with the Lights out package. Fantastic staff, fantastic environment, wonderful aroma massage Super nice spa with pools, dry sauna, steam sauna, ice room before the steam sauna.

Super nice staff, great SPA. Ate three course chef's choice which was OK. Can really recommend this hotel.

Exclusive, one of the best hotels in the area. Culinary dining, with wellness facilities and a swimming pool.

The trams outside on the street made the bed vibrate and the Spa area was poorly signposted so hard to find. Cozy hotel and a bit of a maze. The food in the restaurant around the corner (The knife) was served lukewarm both days. Really good and well-cooked food but strangely never hot.
