HOTEL SULTANAHMET INN

Lovely little hotel and in a perfect location. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is basic but sufficient for your needs. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is centrally located and even though there are trains next to it, it is not noisy at all! The rooms are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We will visit again! Thank you very much for the hospitality!!!

Nice little hotel situated close to historic centre of Istanbul, just a ten minute walk from the Blue Mosque in a safe and quiet area. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The included buffet breakfast is a nice addition. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the hotel and facilities and the roof terrace. Some rooms have good views of the Bosphorus.

I don't understand how this hotel can have a 3-star rating. The rooms are awful, very poorly maintained, badly cleaned, there's mold in the bathrooms, and the room service is terrible. To top it all off, the memory I take away from this hotel is bedbugs—just like I said, the bed we slept in had them, and I found them all over my clothes when I got back. The receptionists are incredibly unhelpful, completely indifferent. The manager, when he comes in, just talks and shouts; you can hear him throughout the hotel, and that bothers the guests. The breakfast is the only saving grace because there's variety, but it leaves a lot to be desired in some aspects. On top of everything, I booked a Turkish Airlines Holidays package tour, and they assigned me this terrible hotel, which I find completely disappointing. All I could do was enjoy Istanbul, nothing more.
