Sauna Cihangir

A rather gloomy sauna, light years away from European standards. Concerns • Atmosphere: gloomy and poorly maintained. • Rules ignored: people smoking in the corridors. • Hygiene: dirty showers. If you want to catch some mushrooms, this is the place to be. In summary Nothing like European saunas. Poor cleanliness, zero respect for basic rules. Failed.

There are a lot of people, but they are all over 40. There is nothing to do for young people here, plus there is no discount for them. The entrance fee is 500 lira. There is an old man at the checkout, very rude. I spent 15 minutes there and left. Unfortunately, I only had 450 cash, and they couldn't accept my card. This old man made a scene over 50 lira and practically kicked me out. The toilet only has cold water, so you have to clean yourself with cold water. Overall, it seems clean. Advice: offer bigger discounts for young people. Also, there is a shortage of beer.

Full of adventure

The most beautiful and cleanest hamam in Istanbul. You can relax beautifully and meet new wonderful people. I found what I was looking for every time I went.

Good experience... of the four saunas I've tried, this was my favorite. It was a bit of a change of scenery, obviously, as it's nothing like European saunas, which is a good thing. The staff is quite pleasant, and it's also the cleanest I've seen. There were quite a few locals, and honestly, I prefer it when it's less crowded.

Bad experience

Everytime i come , everyone is nice and polite, dont understand some negative reviews, no its not big ; but always nice men ! Now you can shower in the dark

The sauna is very good, you just have to be careful when calculating

Went here for 2 nights during our visit in Istanbul, Jan 24-25. I would say I enjoyed my stay. The staffs are friendly and the crowd are good.
