Travelodge London Heathrow Heston M4 Westbound

Great experience

Very disappointing stay at Travelodge near Heathrow, England. I was honestly shocked by the condition of the rooms. Everything felt extremely old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The furniture looked worn out and damaged — not just old, but really old. The bathroom was especially bizarre and uncomfortable to use. Water would go everywhere while showering, making the entire bathroom messy. The toilet itself looked old, dirty, and unpleasant. I genuinely could not believe a hotel in this condition is still operating near such a major airport location. Definitely not what I expected, and I would not stay here again.

We had an accessibile apartment room was lovely,but why in heavens name did the rooms have 2ft 6 beds, mattress very comfortable but hardly slept as was afraid to turn over in case I fell out of bed.

Found rat droppings underneath my bed and saw a rat. Left immediately.

not safty and not great customer service and room is very dety unclean bed and cover not change and not working ac customer service not welcome very bad

Clean and tidy perfect for one night stay

Came here for an overnight stay in my HGV as I was running out of tacho time, only to find cars and vans taking up the HGV bays even though there was plenty of space for them elsewhere. There’s clearly no control over parking, which meant a lot of drivers were left struggling to find a spot for the night. I was lucky to get one, but it shouldn’t be down to luck when you’re up against your driving hours.
