Not strictly a hotel anymore, there currently doing there bit to help those in need that don't have the chances or support to help them get on in life. Fair play guys your doing a fantastic job. You won't be able to book a room here at all for the foreseeable future. There doing a fantastic job.Helping and housing those that need it the most.

DO NOT BOOK !! an absolute scam. I booked this hotel well in advance to attend the Open Championship. Got a call today cancelling my booking 1 week from the event.They're pityful excuse was blaming Liverpool City Council as they have a contract they had to honour. This was despite me booking almost 12 months in advance and them taking my £££. Only rediculously priced hotels available now. Ive read many similar stories on the reviews , please avoid at all costs. Would give a zero if only this was an option.

Not sure why they are charging £8,580 for one night in the week? Maybe they are port of a money laundering operation.?

Excellent accommodation, Becky & her staff went above & beyond during our stay. Very happy & would definitely stay again

My room is lovely and spacious, the management are lovely and are always on hand if I need them. Becky and Gill are doing an amazing job here.

Hotel is great. Amazing staff and amazing managers. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need.

Diabolical company. This outfit are an absolute sham. They cancelled our booking for the period the Open Championship is at Liverpool undoubtedly to re-sell the room at a higher price. Avoid.

This company also cancelled my Eurovision weekend booking that I had booked several months ago, citing "long term guest overbooking". Looking at all these other reviews, I can see this was a big fat lie. They have cancelled our booking due to sheer greed. Absolutely shocking way to do business.
