Hotel Haymarket

What a fantastic stay we had. The staff of the Haymarket Hotel really go out of their way to make this lovely place your ‘home away from home’. The front door staff are particularly fabulous in their ability to conjure cabs when there are none to be found. The front desk staff and the night managers could not have been more helpful. Our room was lovely - the Junior terrace one- was spacious enough for morning yoga. And you can’t beat having a lovely outdoor sitting area. I highly recommend it if available. The location is so close to the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery that we could easily pop in either for a brief (and do-able!) 30 min visit at the end of the day. Also the bus lines are close and convenient. A super theatre location too. Finally, if there was a contest for the Best Bed in London, ours at the Haymarket would be at the top. The incredible mattress, fluffy pillows and thread counts were truly extraordinary.

My best friend and I did the swim and dine package. It was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. Pool area is stunning, we had the place to ourselves. Towels, robes, slippers, toiletries all provided. Private shower room to get ready after. Delicious lunch in the funky restaurant. Staff were all lovely. Definitely will be back 😁😁

My husband and I stayed in this hotel from 3 to 7 April, so for Easter. The hotel is very beautiful, perfect English style, really clean and comfortable. The rooms are magnificent and the service excellent. The staff is super qualified and always available at every opportunity. We met Erica who is at reception, she is a fantastic person, sweet, helpful and qualified in her work. At the door there was Dejan, a perfect person in his job. We had a really good time here and we felt at home. I forgot about their restaurant, Drooms, which is excellent, everything is well-kept and delicious, and the breakfasts are fantastic. When we return to London, we will definitely return to this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended.

Honestly, if I could give more stars, I would. The service and hospitality here are truly unmatched. Everyone takes such pride in what they do, and it really shows. It’s the small touches, the thoughtful details, and the genuinely warm welcome that make this place so special. We will absolutely be staying here whenever we visit London again.

I confess that I have only ever been here for meals - breakfast is sheer delight. The staff here are so polite, courteous, old fashioned charm at its very very best. Forget Claridges and the Savoy - this isnTHe place to be if you wish for quality

Love this hotel, perhaps my new favourite and that's saying something! Perfect location for our visit to His Majestys Theatre for the magnificent Phantom of the Opera!

The interior decoration is very special, radiating warmte and welcome. The jr suite is excellent. Nice materials, good comforting choice of colors and a wonderful bed and bath. Breakfast is sumptuous indeed. It is modestly and beautiful presented on one table, with more in the menu’s. We liked this way of presenting breakfast. It is contrary to an over-the-top display of premade foods in some 5star hotels. It illustrates the real nice atmosphere of this hotel: silent-luxury-comfort and real good service, food. Farid, the concierge, went out of his way to help us with reservations. Staying here is very nice indeed. Service is excellent. Food in the restaurant is very good. The huge swimming pool is amazing. One good think to be on a beach or something. Of course there is a wonderful lounge area, with a great private dining room. It is sooo much better than the Ritz in every way possible. We loved it. One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Delightful spot in central London, stylish decor with creative design indicative of Kit Kemp's idiosyncratic flair. Very thoughtful service.

I was at Haymarket for a swim and dine session for 12 people (6 adults and 6 kids) and the whole experience from booking to leaving was seamless and well thought out. Staff were ultra friendly and accommodating. The pool area photos are accurate - if anything it's even nicer in person. Thanks again for a great time. Perfect, the scent when u enter the hotel, the design of this talented designer, the perfect breakfast,etc However, we needed an extra bed which was super not comfi but it was sorted out using a double mattress..
