Mercure Rosario

It's definitely not a 4-star hotel! The staff is very attentive, but the facilities, despite being almost new, are very run down. The pool was overcrowded, and breakfast was a complete disaster!

It leaves much to be desired. I thought it was a superior hotel. There's no mini-fridge, cleaning is only done every two days, it advertises a jacuzzi tub but only has one shower, they don't provide blankets so you freeze, the rooftop pool is always crowded and there's no peace and quiet, there are no phones in the rooms so you have to send a WhatsApp message which they never reply to (I'm still waiting for a response, but they reply immediately when you book). The walls are paper-thin, you can hear the maids banging on doors all morning and everything they say in the hallway. Breakfast was a disaster; when we arrived there were only three items left, and they don't replenish anything that runs out. This hotel doesn't live up to the chain's expectations. I would highlight the friendliness and massages provided by the spa staff; the rest was forgettable. A disaster, I wouldn't return. There are much better hotels for the same price. It's not worth sacrificing good service for the hotel's "view."

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms

The hotel is excellent, highly recommended. The staff is incredibly warm and helpful. It has a spa area with a jacuzzi, pool, and sauna; the atmosphere is lovely. The sauna is fantastic! They also have a buffet for lunch at the hotel; the food is good, but the portions are quite small. The waitresses are very attentive! Finally, the breakfast area is spectacular. They have a great variety of options. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place

For a 4-star hotel, the cleanliness and amenities were very basic. We found hairs on the sheets, there was no shampoo, the bathtub didn't have a plug, and the heating was very weak, so I was cold. The breakfast lacked variety.
