De Las Rosas Bariloche

Excellent place, very quiet and in a good location.

Casa de las Rosas is quite conveniently located on the main avenue, making it easy to find, although it can get quite busy. It's just a few blocks from the lake and close to several shops, which is very practical. We rented the cabin for eight people, but honestly, it's not suitable for that many guests. One of the bedrooms has a large number of beds, leaving almost no room to walk around or store luggage. Additionally, there's a bed in the kitchen/dining area, which makes sleeping there very uncomfortable, especially if two members of the group have very high-pitched voices and can't keep them down so as not to disturb the person sleeping in that area. Although there were eight chairs in the cabin, the table is extremely small and can only comfortably seat six people. The mattresses had dips and were very uncomfortable; they definitely should have been replaced years ago. Unfortunately, two people in our group complained that all the beds were in the same room. However, it should be noted that these people didn't take the time to look for suitable accommodation or didn't contact Daniel, who kindly offered them a cabin for two. We are very grateful to Daniel and his wife for their hospitality. Finally, the bathroom needs some repairs, as the toilet seat was broken. Overall, the experience was mixed. I appreciate Daniel's kindness, but the cabin didn't meet our expectations for a group of eight.

A wonderful stay! The price-quality ratio is excellent. The cabins are exactly as shown in the photos. They are very spacious, have hot water, and offer the basic amenities for a week in Bariloche. The only thing I would change is updating some of the furniture and appliances. The service was very good; we were attended to by the owners, who were very welcoming. It would be nice if someone were available for longer periods to answer any questions, as the owners were only there at certain times of the day. The location is perfect! It's very close to Playa Bonita and has shops (pharmacy, greengrocer, butcher, and market) just a block away. It's located roughly halfway between the city center and the Circuito Chico, where Bariloche's main attractions are located. Finally, the gardens are beautiful! Waking up and sitting down to drink mate in those gardens was my favorite part of the place.

Beautiful accommodation for a family stay

Quiet, family-friendly place. Well-maintained, beautiful green spaces, children's playground. Safe. Very close to the lake.

I highly recommend it, the owners are super friendly.

Too small, the bathroom opened onto the kitchen, and the bedroom had no door. The bedroom also opened onto the kitchen. Poor management, slow and unhelpful. We rented with parking, but one night it was fully booked and we had no space... we were left without shelter outdoors. Not recommended.

Excellent facilities. The host was top-notch, very polite and considerate.
