New and very comfortable hotel right in the heart of Tahuichi Aguilera Stadium. Ideal for being close to the Governor's Office, La Ramada, and El Trompillo.

Unfortunately, the service at reception was very poor and negatively impacted the entire experience. From the outset, they took payment first and only then informed us about additional costs, such as the fact that breakfast was NOT INCLUDED, which was quite opaque. Furthermore, the reception staff showed no willingness to help. Despite the obvious difficulties I was having with my luggage (five suitcases and an elderly person), they didn't even offer assistance to open the door. As for the rooms, the furnishings and facilities are noticeably outdated. The air conditioning and television weren't working initially; the problem was only resolved after calling maintenance, whose staff were indeed friendly and helpful. It's a shame to see how a hotel that previously offered a good level of service has declined so drastically.
