Joy's strong point is the friendliness of the service. The workers are good-humored and helpful, but there are some issues that deserve attention. In the morning, the empanada options include spicy meat, with no other option. For me, who had a digestive health problem, it wasn't a good choice. In addition, the pastry came with the famous "hot on the outside, cold on the inside." Another thing I noticed that could certainly be improved is that the employees should be informed of the dates that the Congress is open. More than one employee told me it was daily, and another had no idea. Being one of the main tourist attractions in Brasília, I understand that it would be good if everyone were informed. I went on Tuesday and was disappointed.

I've stayed in many hostels, but none like Joy! The location, facilities, cleanliness, food… everything is great!! And the best thing is the staff! All the employees are incredible, super kind, helpful, attentive… a great example of professionalism!! I can't wait to go back!
