Radisson RED Campinas

My stay at the Radisson Red Campinas was excellent and exceeded all my expectations! The hotel is extremely clean, smells great, and is comfortable. Check-in and check-out are very quick; I really like the self check-in. The hotel staff is very courteous and provides excellent service. The leisure facilities are sensational: the gym is very good, the sauna was great, and they also have a really cool games room. Another highlight is the Origens restaurant, located inside the hotel, serving excellent dishes at very affordable prices. I can't fail to mention the breakfast, which is very complete with options for dishes made to order. The value for money of staying here is unbeatable. I highly recommend it!

Great location, excellent rooms and bathrooms.

Simple hotel, good service from the staff, attentive to children, even has a board game room. Excellent gym. Great breakfast. Simple room, good bed. The hotel needs to take care of the upholstery in the restaurant and the room; the chair and sofa need a good cleaning.

Without a doubt one of the best hotels in Campinas! The decor is gorgeous, everything is beautiful.

My last experience at the Radisson was extremely disappointing. The hotel used to be a benchmark of quality, but today it seems completely neglected and lacks the care it once had. The room had a broken bed, the coffee machine didn't work, and the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed unmotivated and grumpy, giving the impression that the guest was bothering them. To top it all off, the snack served had stale bread, something unacceptable for a hotel of this size and category. Unfortunately, the experience was bad from beginning to end. I sincerely hope that management urgently reviews the standards of maintenance, service, and quality, because the hotel has clearly lost the level it once had.
