Great hotel, well located, with excellent accommodations and breakfast.

The experience with the environment was actually good. However, half an hour after checking out, I realized I had forgotten two packages of candied apples in the mini-fridge, and when I called to ask them to return and retrieve them, they only informed me that they hadn't found anything there. Lack of commitment and responsibility towards the customer.

Good evening! My stay from May 16th to 18th, 2026 at the Ibis Setor Oeste - Goiânia was excellent. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Erika, who was extremely calm, polite, and kind. I also want to thank Miss Ioná and Miss Agatha for their attention, patience, and goodwill. You really make us want to always stay at the Ibis. Excellent service. The people who work at this hotel are wonderful, they provide excellent service and are very helpful. Very good location. The price is steep.

The cleanliness of the common areas was very poor. The baseboards in the hallways of the rooms were covered in dust, the carpet was very dirty and had food scraps on them. The room cleaning was poor. The countertop wasn't cleaned; I had eaten on the countertop and there were some crumbs that weren't cleaned up. The elevator was dirty. I was a little disappointed because the cleanliness of Ibis hotels has always been a strong point and one of the factors that make me book this hotel. Another thing I found strange was putting the sheet on top of the duvet; I don't know if it was because the duvet wasn't 100% clean. I hope my comment helps to improve these aspects of cleanliness.

The place is very good.

I received poor service from the receptionists, but the woman in charge of the snack bar was extremely helpful.
