Lo que dicen los críticos

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's cleanliness, organization, and excellent service from attentive staff, noting its convenient location near the train station. However, some guests found the rooms to be smaller than advertised, with complaints about noisy or outdated air conditioning and a breakfast that was too simple for the price.

I stayed for 4 days and loved it. The girls provided top-notch service. The hotel is close to everything, very clean and organized. I highly recommend it.

Great value for money. Everything was clean and organized, and it's close to the train station, which is great for going to São Paulo. The rooms are simple but you can rest comfortably. The breakfast is also very simple, a kit for each guest, but for the hotel's concept, it's adequate. The hotel staff is also very attentive and fulfilled my requests. Despite the "sour faces" of some receptionists, nobody let us down. For those who want to save money on their trip, it's a great choice. Just be careful when trying to find the hotel using GPS, as both Uber and Google Maps show the wrong location. It's not that far from the original location; you can walk there, but you'll have to contact them for directions. But overall, I recommend the hotel.

Excellent, just one observation: it needs hot air conditioning. The service and attention from the staff were ethical and friendly, the breakfast was peaceful, and the cleanliness was all okay. You can trust them...

First, the advertisement on the app through which my friend and I made the reservation showed a spacious room. The description stated that the room had a mini-fridge and a hairdryer, but that items consumed from the mini-fridge would be charged separately. The breakfast photo was beautiful, but when we arrived, the room was a tiny room, with a window less than 30 cm wide, and 30 cm of space on each side of the bed, making it impossible to walk around the room. There was no mini-fridge or hairdryer as advertised... nothing was the same. When breakfast arrived, my friend and I laughed! The French bread they sent was smaller than a small roll, and it seemed frozen when it arrived in the room almost raw. The juice was a small cup of processed juice the size of a low-fat yogurt—I've never seen anything like it, horrible and tasted like sour orange. The hallway light was on all night, making the room super bright through the cracks in the doors and sides because it seems like the door they put in the room was smaller than the entrance. All night long, the kitchen staff were making an absurd amount of noise. I think that for this type of establishment, the kitchen shouldn't be near the bedrooms... But there, they tried to optimize all possible space by making tiny rooms and putting the kitchen above the bedrooms. We didn't leave until late, as there was an event in the area and there were no more hotels with vacancies. We booked this hotel days in advance, seduced by the photos, but in the end, it's nothing like that. I don't recommend it.

I stayed in a very small room with old and very noisy air conditioning. I paid a lot of money to sleep so badly. The breakfast wasn't worth it, there's no on-site parking, and the room I stayed in was next to the kitchen, which started making noise very early. It's not worth the price they're charging; 70 reais would have been more than enough for the night.
