I found the place very comfortable, and the service was excellent. The breakfast, besides being delicious, included a beautiful view. The bathroom water was hot, and the room was very comfortable. We were on the first floor, so it was a little noisy, but nothing excessive. The location was perfect because it was close to the train station and the bus stop. We stayed two nights, and we would choose it again. Just keep in mind that you have to climb a couple of steps to get there.

Amazing hotel experience with a beautiful view of the main Machu Picchu town center. The breakfast was perfect with a table balcony view to the whole town. If you are interested in a Spanish speaking guide the reception has on the best private guides.

At 7 a.m. on our first day there, we ran out of water. Breakfast was bad, and the coffee wasn't even coffee. But the worst part was the endless staircase you have to climb to get to the hotel. A terrible experience.

The noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel is literally up more than 60 steps, something they never mention when you book. If you're traveling with luggage or have mobility issues, forget it. Plus, there's no one at reception to greet you; you can easily wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. We were given room 19 (if they offer it to you, run). The room opened directly onto a hallway, zero privacy, and tons of noise from people walking around and from a bar downstairs playing reggaeton. The bathroom window didn't close, so it was unbearably cold at night. Rest was impossible. In the next room, a guest got trapped in the bathroom, and they spent MORE THAN 3 HOURS trying to get him out, banging on doors and making noise until about 1 a.m. And when we finally managed to sleep, at 6 a.m. they started sweeping, banging the broom against the walls and the door. The shampoo was literally just soapy water or some cheap substitute. Absolutely disgusting. The hairdryer looked like it was from the 90s and didn't work. I didn't get a single moment of rest. A terrible experience from beginning to end.

Had a very pleasant stay at NaturaLodge Machu Picchu. The property is decent, comfortable, and located in a very convenient spot right in the main square of Aguas Calientes. One of the biggest advantages is that it is next to the Machu Picchu ticket office and also very close to the train station, which made travel and planning extremely easy. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The surroundings are beautiful, with lovely mountain views and a nice atmosphere around the property. Overall, a great place to stay for anyone visiting Machu Picchu.

Excellent service. The manager was very friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. They left us a packed lunch for the morning we left for Machu Picchu; it was very complete. Very good location near the bus stop that takes you to Machu Picchu.

Yes, there are some slightly creepy stairs to get there, but the truth is the place is amazing and the service is very good. Breakfast is included and the location is perfect. I would definitely return!
