If you're looking for a hotel with a true hacienda feel, Hacienda Cusco Centro Historico is an excellent choice. We spent two very pleasant nights there. After a warm and professional welcome, we discovered beautiful open courtyards on each floor, offering a peaceful and charming atmosphere. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, with very comfortable bedding that allowed us to rest well after our days of sightseeing in Cusco. We have no particular complaints about the hotel. Our only small, constructive suggestion for management: better soundproofing of the HVAC unit located on the roof would make the experience even more perfect. We gladly recommend Hacienda Cusco Centro Historico for its character, tranquility, and comfort.

Absolutely the best accommodation we have had on our trip. Everyone was so helpful and the restaurant has a wonderful cusine.

If you stay here, stay far away from the center square, breakfast starts at 5:30am, but noise goes on all night, guests here are not considerate about noise at all, thank goodness I brought ear plugs. The rooms don’t have Air Conditioning that you can control, so it was a warm night, they offered a fan but never brought it. Our room had these silly nightlights on the ceiling that couldn’t be turned off. Location: 10 min walk to the action, stay closer to Plaza De Armas. Trust me, 10 mins is too far when you’re acclimating, the walk back home is slightly up hill, and on cobblestone roads, so definitely not great.

This is the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. There is NO ventilation or windows you can see out of in the room. The whole hotel is very noisy, you can hear people below in the main dining area, super echoey. Will never ever ever return, avoid

The friendly service and clean, well-equipped facilities made for a very pleasant stay. For example: • The bathroom had an exhaust fan. • There was a handheld shower. However, there is one thing I would like the hotel to improve: the door handle. The door handle was broken, and guests had to adjust the angle of the handle to unlock or lock the door. Other than that, everything was excellent. If I travel again, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

I would rate this hotel is one of my top hotel stays. The hotel is beautiful the staff Mery and Edwardo are fantastic They make you feel very special as a guest and take great care of you. Mery Helped me so much with my sunburn, offering me a tea remedy that helped my sunburn. Very caring and kind of woman. The added touch of a filtered water station was the highlight of this hotel not making you pay for bottled water and saving the planet. The rooms super comfortable very quiet in the shower was amazing. I can’t say enough about this great hotel and its staff.
