I didn't go in, but I was still amazed.

Good hotel, but not one of the most modern in the city

Percy is one of the best security’s I’ve ever met before, he is funny always in a good mood and if you see him in the morning you know you gonna have a very good day. All in all the Hotel and the personal working in there is a very nice place to be.

The building has a very modern and up-to-date facade that doesn't match the room I stayed in the first time, it was awful. 😞 But now on my return I was surprised by the room offered, which has been renovated with much better furniture and decor than the old one, matching the exterior aspect of the hotel 👍🏼 The breakfast is very good and varied. 😋

Gym is second to none as far as hotels go, I was very impressed. Food was excellent and fairly priced. Also they didn't hassle me when I hit it off with a local gal and she visited. Only complaint I have is the pool is super shallow and no hottub, but the other stuff made up for It so still giving five stars.

Beyond the excellent service, the impeccable attention, and the professionalism they demonstrated in every detail, what truly makes the difference is their human touch. That ability to make people feel welcome, to serve with a genuine smile, with empathy, warmth, and dedication, is something that isn't easily learned and, above all, cannot be bought with money. I want to give special recognition to Henry, who was always ready to prepare my vitamins for breakfast each morning, always with kindness, dedication, and an admirable attitude—truly extraordinary. It's those small but significant gestures that transform a visit into an unforgettable experience. Thank you for reminding me that true service comes from the heart. People like you leave a lasting impression and make one remember not only a place, but also how you made them feel. Thank you so much for everything; I hope to return soon.
