Terrible! When you inquire about room availability, they don't respond to messages, only to avoid giving a negative response. Unethical and unfriendly! Awful.

Acceptable, but for the TV service they should provide a local cable and not a Chinese app that's completely incomprehensible!

I found this place by accident. My gf and I decided to try it out. Checked in at 2pm and paid 140 Soles. The room had a king size bed, no windows, it was clean but had a slight musky scent. The walls are pretty thin, and we could hear moans from the room next door. We ordered some food and a couple of cocktails. The food was good and the pisco sour was on point. The chilcano wasn't that good. The service was VERY slow, there was no hot water in the hotel that day and the phones in the room were disconnected so placing an order was not easy. We never got around to the massages because at 6pm they knocked on our door and told us our time was up. They never mentioned during check-in that the rooms were only for 4 hour intervals... So that was a little disappointing for us. Overall not the best experience, but then again, I didn't know what i signed up for. We just happened to be in the area by accident.

Excellent professional, therapeutic massages and facials. The service is very good. I recommend it.
