Sandman Signature Dartmouth Hotel & Suites

Great service!

Spent the weekend at the Sandman Hotel in Dartmouth and was super impressed with the suite. It was spacious, modern, clean, great amenities and quite impressive. Loved the finishing touches and fine details in the room such as noting which pillows are soft and firm, two-ply toilet paper, the makeup wipes, the shower was incredible, the wireless phone charger and the amazing quality towels and robes for use. My son loved the water slide - don’t forget to turn on the water before going on the slide. The gym was also impressive with 4 treadmills. The front desk was great checking in and out. The location was ok but you definitely need a car to get around. The 24-hour Denny’s was also nice since everything closes early in the area. Overall, very impressed with the hotel.

Absolutely beautiful rooms. Dog friendly ❤️🐾 The best shower I have ever taken. Beds are beyond comfortable. Beautiful pool and really fun waterslide. Bonus that Denny's is a part of the hotel. Staff have excellent customer service.

I only attended a day conference but the hotel looks awesome conference rooms are great.

This hotel has fleas. A family member had gotten a cluster of bites our first night there. They did change her room and was eventually told via email there were no bedbugs. But they do allow pets and the hotel does not clean/service itself in this aspect. The rooms are smaller than usual but they do have a small kitchenette. After spending almost 2,000$ , I was disappointed and would never stay there again.

Well we're back here again, just checked in, and I had to review RIGHT AWAY. The front desk staff was amazingly friendly, quick, and explained everything very succinctly. Within minutes we knew where to park, had our room keys, wifi info, deposit made clear, amenities explained clearly. Went up to our room and was AMAZED at how clean and perfect it is for our trip. Thanks again Sandman! Very happy!
