We were a group of four in town for the annual tennis tournament. I made a reservation earlier in the day for that evening with no problem. We were greeted and seated in a timely manner. The two staff were attentive and kind allowing us to take our time and not once did we feel rushed. The appetizers were fantastic. My husband and I shared the zucchini blossoms and the other couple shared the burrata. We asked Marcello for wine suggestions and we all enjoyed what came to the table. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed our mains as well. I personally can't not order a risotto when I come to Bis and this time it was the scallop and shrimp option. Délicieux! We do try to come to Bis when we are in town for the NBO tennis and we've never regretted that! It also happened to be my husband and my 20th wedding anniversary, so it made it that much better (we didn't make that known.) All in all, we had a wonderful meal with fantastic service. Thank you for another lovely evening. Hope to see you again in Aug 2027. Until then.

A taste of home in Montreal. The owner, Marcello, is friendly, professional, and extremely kind. The place has a great, relaxing, and well-kept atmosphere. The dishes were tasty. My pasta bolognese was truly delicious; my husband's carbonara was good but not entirely authentic (it had chives/lemon). The desserts and wine were excellent. Whether you're visiting or living in Montreal, it's worth a visit. Prices are in line with those in the city.

Perfect Italian restaurant for a romantic experience. Small, charming, chic restaurant with soft, gentle music and very attentive and welcoming waiters. The food was impeccable and very tasty!

This restaurant deserves to be among your favorite spots and a regular on your list of gourmet dining experiences. It's a Montreal institution. Truly excellent Italian cuisine and impeccable service. You genuinely feel welcomed according to the highest standards, a level of hospitality rarely seen these days. Oh, and you can actually hear each other speak at the table without having to raise your voice! Perfect atmosphere!
