Nice znd clean; great showers; walk to everything and staffed 24 hours.

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The yoga instructor was super and so was the tour guide for the city tour. I felt safe and comfortable. It’s a great location with immaculately clean bathrooms, spaces to hang out, and a diverse breakfast food selection. Very accommodating on every level. Thank you so much!

For the price, everything was fine. Clean, spacious, austere. The only complaint is that it was hot on the third floor and the fan light would not turn off unless the switch was hit. So no fan at night.

Excellent location, just two streets down there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The beds are very comfortable, but on the third floor, the rooms get very hot in the summer. The service is impeccable.

I loved my stay. The hostel has had a real makeover. A great success! I applaud the ceiling fan. See you in the fall for a longer stay. Thank you for the warm welcome, the cleanliness, the convenient location, etc.!

I love this place, I'm actually planning another trip to Quebec City and I'm definitely going there.

A truly beautiful place, very clean, and reasonably priced for Old Quebec! I highly recommend it!

Best place i have ever stayed during my Canada Road Trip...

Check in was very easy and it’s right in Old Quebec. The rooms were nice with pretty large lockers, enough to fit a medium suitcase, maybe more. They have plenty of bathrooms and showers. Breakfast was nice (bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, eggs, beans, etc.). Kids were allowed. They do have laundry machines which is great! They’ll give you coins for your cash and detergent ($1). The machines themselves weren’t great but got the job done. The washer left the clothes too wet for the dryer to fully dry so I had to leave some clothes hanging over night. Both machines were $3 each.
