Amazing stay! The room was extremely clean every single day — honestly nothing to complain about. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and kept everything spotless. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and the staff were very professional and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Winnipeg. Liam.Ben

Parking can be challenging depending on the time of day. I read previous reviews and other guests complained about noise and I can confirm this. Very disruptive throughout the night, the fact that there is security sitting in the lobby should’ve been an indication. There is a beer vendor and a sports bar in the same building that may be contributing to the disruptions throughout the night and the parking issues. While dated my room was clean and I had no issues with it

The kindness and friendliness of the hotel staff were especially wonderful.If I come to this city again, I will come here again.

We enjoyed our stay there. It was a nice quite environment and the staff is so helpful and nice. And the breakfast is good too.

I spent 5 days here and I wasn’t impressed. The room smelt like cigarette smoke and be BE CAREFUL WITH THE BREAKFAST, THEY GIVE OUT MOLDY BREAD!! Nobody even apologized after I returned the plate I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Terrible one room costs $407.09 cents , because a third party “booking.com” had issues with my payment which caused a fiasco , inconvenience, and head ache to check in , even thought on my end everything was paid for which they confirmed it was received , I was told it was my problem and my fault, no sorry , no accommodation, nothing just zero customer service , reluctantly given the room , and that was dirty , I Even had to go purchase tub and tile cleaner just to take a shower , not even thank you for that and then I think it all said and done at check out and nothing but another fiasco and head ache on the way. Only thing they have done is kept the damage deposit ransom well I await a refund from crooking.com that I know nothing about and can. Or believe how in was treated when I have done nothing wrong and am out the $407.09

Good hotel, I think. However, don't take room 101; it's next to the hotel service area and very noisy at night.
