Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway

We were in a standard room, without all inclusive. It was a perfect vacation. La Ceiba, the hotel restaurant, was spectacular - specifically the breakfast with great selection. I got the huevos rancheros 4 times, and my partner got the classic scrambled eggs as often. Gerardo was an excellent server. We tried going off property for breakfast one time, but it did not compare! Overall, we are happy to not do all-inclusive which encouraged us to go off property (very close to great restaurants in Zona Romantica and Old Town) - but with that being said, this place has all the high quality Breakfast Lunch and Dinner you could possibly need, so do all-inclusive if you want! Another special thank you to the pool concierge, Paul, who helped us with many recommendations around the city.

We just finished up our trip here and don’t have enough good things to say. From the second you check in, the experience is incredible. Three restaurants on property were all amazing, but you are close enough to town to be able to walk to many of the amazing restaurants in town. Make sure to ask Paul for some recommendations, he made our experience amazing. The rooms are clean, well taken care of, and staff is on top of everything. Thank you so much for making our experience unforgettable!

Terrible experience! We were overcharged for tips which we didn’t leave. (We always tipped in cash). We booked an ALL INCLUSIVE package and upon arrival were told food and drinks were not; this incurred an additional fee of $2000+ USD. We ordered room service— it always took over an hour for delivery, and in one occasion, it never arrived. They demanded tips— which is fine, but the service was superb. The food was disgusting! Never staying here again!!

We came on vacation for Easter and it was truly peaceful, the service was excellent. Javier, Hugo, Armando, and Paul were all very attentive 👏🏼👏🏼 Always on top of everything and taking care of even the smallest detail. Excellent, Captain Julio César. We definitely hope to return very soon ✨🐚

Terrible customer service

First word that comes to mind is cleanliness, the hotel in general and the rooms are very clean and smells very clean. Adults only and I didn’t miss whining, crying kids. Just like lots of other reviews the guys at the bar and butler stand are good people. Paul the pool guy, Alejandro, Victor, Enrique, and Jorge were all great. We didn’t get in another vehicle till we left for the airport. Very walkable, would/will definitely be back.

Room was great. Awesome view. The service however was lack luster. The bar service by the pool was very poor and the bar in the evening didn't have a menu to order drinks from. Also the food was mediocre at best and overpriced. I ordered a cappuccino and I have no idea what I ended up with but it was luke warm.

It is easy to see why this boutique hotel is highly rated and recommended throughout several travel websites. The location, the staff, the food, the pool, and drinks were all impeccable. Javier - you really out did yourself and made our girls trip unforgettable. I was so impressed on how well you ran an entire dinner service full of guests and tables, yet you made us feel like we were the only ones there with your attention to detail and excellent service. Enrique and Joaquin, I forget which one of you has the dimple but I won't forget how much pride you take in making speciality cocktails. The private chef's table with a 5 course meal - exquisite! It's a small resort, with an elegant laid back vibe that caters to each guest like they are royalty. Also noteworthy is the bellhop and lobby staff. They were all quick to help get a cab or make a reservation at Las Animas for us. They even found my friends phone and locked it up for safe keeping. Receiving a welcome drink and massage upon check in, extra bonus. Great resort if you are looking for an 40+ generation that still likes to have fun. Highly recommend and would love to visit again.
