Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel

Just upsetting. The hotel website booked me for another room than what I selected in the booking process. I won’t stay here or another best western again. Stay away from misleading advertising and service people who won’t help get you what you ordered.

The cleaning is okay the rooms need carpet extraction

We booked a room with twin queens. Room was spacious and has luxurious amenities from a relative new tv, micro and fridge. View was pleasant overlooking a river and park area. Outdoor hot tub connected via the indoor pool. Lots of activities for families with children.

Easy to find, bery nice rooms, great amenities and fun pool ang game area for the kids. Tbe indoor street scene is a great photo op and the attached restaurant has good food.

The first room we were put it had no hot water and the thermostat didn't work. Reported the issue and we were moved to another room. Inquired about cost of robes...because I wanted one..but got three different prices from three separate staff members who were at the front desk. Needless to say, no robe acquired. The game room...we walked in and could barely breathe because the temperature was wayyyy tooo hot in the room! We were only able to stay inside for a minute. The walkway to the restaurant was cool... The staff in the restaurant were friendly and the food was delicious. Only negative...we got the chips and salsa plate...way too much salt on the chips but it was easy enough to tap it off.

Very clean, resturant attached is nice. Pool is clean and a decent temp. You cannot swim after check out, so that was a small damper in our visit but we went to the down town shops and did something else with our time. I was just happy with how clean it was

Very nice hotel clean and the staff was wonderful, love that the pool had a play area and was well used. Not only was this a high-end but super kid friendly. A nice touch to luxury was having robes that you could use while you were there.... The only 2 downfall that I found was in the room the temperature and could not control it. The window unit said to use the wall thermostat. The thermostat didn't move when you tried to change it. The second was the arcade was overly warm and made you sweat while you were in there. They had a fan running but it was not enough.

I had a very positive experience at this hotel in March. However, that dramatically changed when attempting to block rooms for a family gathering. What was a simple request regarding the quoted price, turned into at least three voicemails and three emails with no response from the Rooms Revenue Manager, Barbara. It was a very frustrating experience. Due to the lack of basic customer service and professionalism, I would not recommend this hotel for any size gathering. They have lost me as a customer at this location and The Copperleaf-Appleton, which they also own.
