The Community Center (TCC) is the LGBTQ+ community center for Boise and the Treasure Valley, operating since 1983 and based at 1088 N Orchard Street. It is a volunteer-run nonprofit rather than a drop-in venue with fixed public hours.
Its weekly calendar covers youth and teen groups, transgender support meetings, recovery meetings, book clubs and social gatherings, plus referrals for health services and HIV/STI prevention. The street address - The numbers - are not posted to view from N. Orchard. Therefore, I wasn't sure if was at the right place. Park in the rear of the building that Google Maps tells you, then find the entrance to the Community Center in the rear. There is ample ADA parking spaces in the lot, and once you enter you will be greeted warmly, even if a first-time visitor!
