Hampton Inn & Suites Boynton Beach

Hotel dirty and not maintained. Front desk staff unprofessional and not qualified to do basic tasks when asked for my Bill! Cut my foot on exposed tacks on floor, rugs worn and frayed. See pictures.

Dated but comfortable. Nice location for our two reservations for entertainment then food. Front desk personnel were all very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay! Rooms are spacious, clean and close to everything. Carla, the director of sales goes out of her way to make the guests happy.

Love this hotel. Clean and spacious room made me feel like I was in an apartment. Lots of free breakfast options. Awesome staff. Comfy bed and pillows. Hot water could last for years. Had a bed side charging station.

Naiji at the front desk was super helpful during my stay! Made a huge printer problem a breeze. Super grateful!

Our toilet was broken and was running pretty much our whole stay.At times, it wouldn’t even flush. Reported this to the employee at the desk and she said maintenance was going to be on premise shortly and she would send them up to the room. The toilet was never fixed and when I complained again, they wanted to send someone up the night before we left. We asked for housekeeping daily. We returned late one afternoon and the trash was never emptied, dirty towels on the floor and the bed wasn’t made. My first stay …. was my last stay .
