Chartreuse Kitchen & Cocktails

Chartreuse is one of my favorite restaurants! My husband and I eat here as often as we can and we never leave with leftovers.

The food was excellent! Seating is okay, not very comfortable but is OK. We had shrimp, risotto, chicken, meatballs and tomatoes, shared between 4 adults. The vanilla pudding and raspberry tiramisu. The vanilla pudding was way better than the tiramisu, but they were both good.

Our food and drinks were excellent and the staff were very nice! The staff went above and beyond to make this night special for our anniversary. I’ll definitely be going back!

This night was everything . The angel hair pasta was insanely good—so delicate, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The vibe of the restaurant made it even better, especially sitting right by the kitchen and watching everything come together. You can really feel the care in the food and the whole experience. It honestly felt special from start to finish. Definitely one of those meals you remember… we’re 100% coming back again.

As usual, another phenomenal dining experience! From excellent, attentive service to incredible food, you all never disappoint! I knew it was the perfect spot to celebrate my friends’ birthdays.

What a wonderful dining experience! The food was utterly delicious and beautifully plated. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The plates were perfectly balanced flavor-wise. We tried the bread service, heirloom tomato, spring risotto, and walleye. The portions left us contentedly full. All of the staff were friendly and greeted us as we passed. Highly recommend Chartreuse if you're looking for a wonderful (and delicious) evening.

Have been multiple times and enjoyed it thoroughly on every occasion. Our favorite is the twice cooked egg salad, though the other rotating menu items are definitely worth trying as well. On our latest visit, we were sat at the chef's side of the bar and were not greeted for nearly 20 minutes. Once the manager realized, she went above and beyond to remedy the situation, throwing in an extra salad and desert to round out our light meal. Thanks to the Chartreuse team!

We went here on short notice on a Saturday after the Detroit Grand Prix. Very good food here. It's small plates and we were not particularly hungry - we ordered 4 things: Heirloom Tomato Miso Carrots Risotto Walleye All four were delicious. My wife picked the walleye as her favorite of the night and surprisingly I picked the heirloom tomato. I went in assuming the risotto one walleye were going to be great (they were) but the tomato was unexpectedly delicious. Give this place a try for sure.
