Beautiful Cafe/bar in the Cambria hotel. The drinks were well prepared and cold.

This place was such a great find! The burrata and potato rosti were absolute favorites—seriously, so good. The scallops were cooked perfectly, and the cacciatore skewers were another standout dish. Everything smelled incredible when it arrived and tasted even better. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knew the menu well, which made choosing dishes easy. From the food to the service, everything was impressive. I’d definitely come back and recommend this spot.

Five star review for two dishes specifically! The sticky shrimp; bomb! Sweet, a little spicy, not too much breading, and served hot! I wasn’t the biggest fan of the avocado salsa it was served with, but my mom loved it. I’d go back again immediately for that shrimp! Now the barbecued carrots were AMAZING! They were savory and had this amazing smoky flavor. They were tender, yet still had a bit of a bite which is great. But oh my gosh, both of those dishes were spectacular. I also ordered a red velvet martini which wasn’t my favorite. I definitely should’ve read the menu a little more because I thought it was going to be more chocolatey and red in color. It was good, definitely cream based and it looked pretty, but not what I had in kind. Overall, a great dining experience because we ate some good food. My only other advice is to bring a jacket because we were freezing! Also, their menu does change periodically so if you’re looking for something specific (like we were), then I’d call ahead and ask. We thought they still offered the Brussel sprouts but as it turns out, they do not.

First the place looks amazing, came out with my wife for her sister’s birthday. Our waitress was nice and friendly. A few staff though that helped deliver plates or take plates away did it rudely with just reaching and not saying excuse me or anything. The food was okay. The corn bread was like a 2/5. Edible but I feel it’s too many different components that don’t necessarily all work together. The Potato Rosti was a 3/5, it was way too over salted and that’s coming from someone that likes adding salt to a lot of stuff. Calamari was 4/5, tough to mess up and good, should’ve added some lemon or any other acidity to help take it to a 5. Margarita pizza was good. And the last thing we got were the Cacciatore Skewers, that was also a 3/5. The chicken was cooked well and seasoned but the mashed potato’s needed to be simpler. Overall just felt like they were trying to do too much with each dish and a little simplicity would’ve gone a long way. But the place looks amazing, so at least there’s that going for it

Waitstaff constantly interrupted our conversation; right in the middle. Constantly brought our conversation to an abrupt stop so they could "take the stage". There were several servers who all waited on you, and they all had to be the center of attention

Food was great. Service provided by Tabien was fantastic! Wavy Beef entree and bread pudding were delightful. And pomegranate tequila drink set the evening off right!

My friends and I tried this place and it was amazing! The flavors, vibes, and service were exemplary and our server Tabien was EVERYTHING! He brought great energy and his suggestions for menu items were on point!

This restaurant is amazing !! I came in on a very busy night with a large party. Shay was my server and she was amazing. Even with the restaurant completely full, she took her time explaining everything and giving great recommendations. This restaurant is lucky to have her. Please ask for Shay when you come and try out Cibo!!
