Wolftrap

First time visitor this Sunday night and I really liked the place. Very spacious and chill. There were 5 pool tables plus dart boards amongst other activities. The outdoor patio was nice as well. Will definitely be coming back, hopefully on a Wednesday to check out karaoke. One notable fact is that they do NOT allow smoking indoors, which I had read the opposite when researching so I wanted to clarify for anyone whom that might impact. Also Kayla (I believe was the bartenders name) was very kind and attentive. <3

i went for the first time for karaoke night and had a blast! drinks were cheap. bartenders were super sweet, and the lady running karaoke was a total sweetheart! my date and i unfortunately had to leave before i could sing a song that i had queued (it had gotten quite busy) and as we walked out the door, the lady running karaoke met us at the door to wish us a good night <3 she complimented my date and i's outfits and complimented my voice (which was so so sweet). she said she hoped to see us again for karaoke, and i think i just might become a Wednesday night regular! i adore karaoke bars, and for a bar that only does karaoke one night a week, their sound system was awesome. i could actually hear my voice through the speakers and it was balanced really well with the track.

I have never experienced such discriminatory behavior at a bar like I did tonight at Wolftrap. The karaoke host was extremely unprofessional and came across as openly biased. Multiple times, she made us think she was going to play our songs, only to skip them as soon as it was our turn. When a song wasn’t available, she didn’t offer alternatives or even ask if we wanted to choose something else, she simply skipped it. One of the songs was in Spanglish (Shakira singing in English with another artist), so it wasn’t even fully in Spanish. People were dancing and clearly enjoying it, yet it still felt like she didn’t want to play anything that wasn’t strictly in English. When my turn came around again, she suddenly announced that karaoke was over and refused to play my song. Meanwhile, I noticed that several people were tipping her and their songs were being played without issue. While tipping is fine, it felt like she was prioritizing only those who paid her, instead of being fair to everyone participating. Karaoke hosts should be inclusive, professional, and welcoming to all guests. I strongly suggest management consider hiring someone friendlier and more respectful to create a better environment for everyone.

The Wolftrap is a College Bar. Full of Pool Tables, Darts, Long, etc. If you're looking to tie one on, this is your spot. Just DONT DRINK AND DRIVE. They will not tow your vehicle if you leave it overnight. I have never had food from here, so that is blank.

The darts were exactly what we needed after a long drive! We love darts especially the electronic ones because we are too much of noobs to keep track of the score. Definitely a lot of college kids, but we didn’t mind.
