Hotel O Eureka Springs - Zona del Cristo de Ozark

The last time I stayed here I got locked out of my room for five hours in 20 degree weather with no shoes, no shirt, no phone, screaming and banging on the office door to no avail. I decided to give them another chance but when we checked in this time we booked it online, paying all the fees through the website and when we came in person he said we still had to pay the deposits in cash, he insulted us, belittled us, and raised his voice to us for absolutely no reason. Then when we finally got our room, 223, we walk in and the room is filthy, there were spiders in and around the beds and we had to clean out the bathtub before we could even take a shower so unless you want to be insulted and covered in spiders go anywhere else than here

The cable only work the first night. It was supposed to be $110 for two nights they end up charging our card $197.00 and some change. The man Joseph behind the counter weather extremely rude and hateful charge just deposits for service animals. And after we paid our deposits and everything online he wanted to pay those extra when we got here and cash explain to me what a traveler spend all our money on the reservation. He replied surely you have money to eat on that you can pay the deposit with. The room was filled with spiders and cobwebs we had to wash the tub out before we used it. If all our money wouldn't have already been tied up on the credit card we would have gone somewhere else this was a horrible 2 days. There's apparently construction going on around our room. The last time we were here my son rented by himself and was locked out of the room for 4 hours in the middle of winter. Joseph said he would give us a discount when we came the next time all I do is charge a double. We found a restaurant nearby named mcgarity's that just happens to feed homeless people and that's where we had to eat because we got extorted out of our food money so he could pocket some deposit money for himself. I believe next time we come through here I would rather sleep in the cup of Love parking lot.

Owners are super nice and room was clean! Would stay here again.

On Valentine's Day I tried to stay in a room that I reserved online. When I arrived the room was not available and they took us to another room which we denied. They did not refund us and we didn't stay. This hotel is a scam. The pipes are hanging out of the wall with no hot water and there were bugs in the room. Do not stay at hotel o.

When we were ready to check out the owner came and INSPECTED the room before we left and found a towel was missing he proceeded to charge us $10! A towel you could get a bundle of 5 for $3 at the store.

Worst ever!!!!!!Moved promptly!!!! No pool after asked before we booked too. Owner is rude and charged for towel that costs 2 cents.

Location wise it was fantastic. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was very bad. I actually ended up cleaning my room when we got there the floors you could see stuff on them they hadn't been mopped and we found blood on the bathroom door on the inside of it. Hairs in the bathtub along with the bathtub having stuff falling off of it. Our lights only work part way in the room half of them did not turn on. And last but not least the air conditioner did not work and it was so very hot in that room. Last but not least the continental breakfast that is offered online apparently is only on the weekends which was one of the reasons why we picked this hotel.

Had to run the water for long period of time to get hot water with only a few other guests for the night. 1980ish style rooms. Location is ok. If it wasn't for the kind and courteous staff would have given two star. Left stay two days early, not just because of hotel, but very disappointed in Eureka. Cramped downtown area with little room for people to park, which cost money, or walk around comfortably. Everything closes starting at 4 even in the weekends and seems to be closed by 8ish. Branson area way better and lots more to do.

Wonderful hotel! Customer service was excellent, my room was very clean and the location is quiet and safe. Highly recommended staying!

Everything it that hotel room was gross the bathroom door didn’t there was mold on the bed and BED BUG!!!!! We found dead ones so we asked the front desk man to come look at it and he said it was dirt then we found cockroaches and spiders in the sheets the front desk guy brought a vacuum and started taking apart the bed the frames were broken and there was mold it was so gross overall I had a bad experience at this hotel stay at the crescent it’s so much better I would give it a negative 12240

The room was disgusting. There were cockroaches in our room, a dead spider rolled up in the sheet. Stains on the beds. Dead and LIVE BED BUGS. And it smelled awful. And the only thing the guy working at the hotel did to fix it, was vacuum the evidence before we could take pictures. Don’t. Stay. Here. Also the worker made us put the bed back together?

For the price very affordable and clean.
