Cottages On River Road

Needed a late night/last minute place to stay while we were passing through. We called the location directly and Ken was very thorough and helpful in getting us booked. We stayed in 6A and the petite cabin was perfect for my husband and our 6month infant to sleep comfortably. The studio was clean and welcoming with the porch light being turned on for us. The firepit was still burning for us to make smores. The only downside to our stay was the water for the shower or the sink didnt get hot enough to bathe or wash our bottles. The breakfast was pretty decent and the garden area was still peaceful in the day even with the location being right off the highway. Wish we could have had more time in the area as it would have been a good place to just relax.

Rooms were clean. Great location. Quiet and great staff. Would definitely recommend this place.

Sweet cozy get away near everything! Very welcoing & accommodating staff. Fun perks like yummy free breakfast and smores by the fire each evening.

This is a great find. Wonderful cozy cottages, very friendly staff, fire pit with s'mores, laundry room, easy parking, great location, & a delicious breakfast.

My family and I stayed here during winter break. The drive up to the cottages was absolutely amazing! The cottages were super cute and fit the atmosphere perfectly. Their receptionist was super friendly and helpful. They had evening s’more’s every evening and my son absolutely loved that. I definitely would come back during a different season.

A lovely cosy place. The cottage was just a bit slanted haha! But i loved my stay here. They served simple breakfast in the morning and parking is available outside :)

The lodge was wonderful. All the staff were excellent. Fresh air and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was Hyatt-level — everything was delicious.
