This was genuinely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 32 years of living. Upon arrival, the woman working the front desk wasn’t present. When she did arrive, she Had no sense of urgency whatsoever, while trying to communicate with her I quickly realize she did not speak any English whatsoever. I had a couple of questions that she was completely unable to answer Which is absolutely ridiculous if you are working the front desk of the hotel. After paying We were walking up to the room and she had forgotten to charge us for something and practically chased us into our room asking us to pay. I told her I would be down in one minute, because I needed to change, but trying to communicate with her was nearly impossible. She could not understand a thing I said So we had a go around about it for five minutes because she could not comprehend when I told her I would be right down. Once I got downstairs to pay, I gave her $12 cash in which she tried to argue with me was not enough money. I then had to count out the money to her because she Was not knowledgeable in counting American money. The entire experience was so uncomfortable to the fact that I almost just left right then and there. Not to mention the hotel doesn’t have any elevators, the heat in our room did not work and once I went to use a towel, there was a giant black hair in the middle of the supposed clean linens. Do not waste your money at this awful establishment.

Abhorrent. Getting yelled at breaks any language barrier. This place is a prison ran by a warden with cameras at every corner. We were not felt welcome here by who I assume is the owner. I stayed at the bottom floor and had to pass the room where the owner obviously lives only to realize I was being watched as I keyed into my room after hours. The location is great but the hotel is run down. The room was fine and was able to park in the main lot. If you can, stay some place else.

Entry to room is dirty and smelly. My room 205 was clean and not like what outside looked like. Had Kirkland organic milk cartons in fridge, peets, and Starbucks coffee pods. Room was ok. Way better than the last 2 places I stayed in oc recently. Language barrier. I had to use Google translate to Chinese to communicate because they do not talk or read English. Waiting for $100 deposit back.

No one at the front desk upon arrival. Waited at least ten minutes for someone to show up. Tried to charge me for my Service Dog @ $50/day x two days. Blatant violation of ADA regulations. Required printed identification of dog's Service. Second violation of ADA regulations. Due to their ignorance and argumentative rudeness, I refused to stay at this establishment. The location was convenient for my itinerary, but not worth the aggravation. Unaware of the quality of the rooms. Based upon my experiences, I will inform ADA office of the property's practices. I DO NOT recommend this venue. Other, more reputable lodging in the immediate area would be a prudent choice.
