Food was amazing especially breakfast

My stay at the Crowne Plaza Jacksonville Airport/I-95N by IHG was overall just okay—not bad, but not outstanding either. If you’re looking for a convenient hotel near the airport or before a cruise, this is a solid option. It’s located just minutes from the airport and about 7–10 minutes from the cruise port, depending on traffic. The hotel has a beautiful lobby with a restaurant, bar, Starbucks, and a small market where you can grab snacks, drinks, or even a bottle of wine. There’s also a convention space for meetings or gatherings, which is a nice feature. The guest rooms could use a little TLC, as they are beginning to show their age. During my stay, there were some renovations taking place, but the noise was minimal and did not affect my overall experience. The true highlight of this hotel is the staff. From the front desk to the restaurant and bar team, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making guests feel at home. They joked, laughed, and went above and beyond to make each interaction enjoyable. After speaking with several guests, it was clear that many return because of the outstanding service provided by the team. Is this a luxury hotel? No. Is it spectacular? Not necessarily. But if you’re looking for an affordable, convenient place to stay near the airport or before your cruise, it gets the job done. While the property could benefit from some updates, the exceptional staff makes the experience much more enjoyable.

I found bugs in my room and I went to tell the front desk which was rather dismissive. The answer was that they only have pest control come out once a month and they use small bottles. So what does that mean? Are they going to do a simple housekeeping and use the room for another guest again with a possible bug problem? Like how could you not care that I had this in my room for God knows how long until I noticed it and now you’re knowingly going to reuse the room for another guest since pest control only comes once a month. Is there not a way to bring them in more frequently than that? How unhygienic and dangerous.

Great place to stay. Lots of parking, safe area. The room was clean, nice longer area and good food. The Staff members were courteous and helpful. Really great experience!!

Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. I appreciate that they are slowly renovating and upgrading the facilities here. The only downside is the WiFi, which definitely needs some improvement. Still a solid stay.
