My stay at Argosy Casino & Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. If you’re looking for a getaway that perfectly balances excitement with pure relaxation, this is the place to be. The Mediterranean-themed aesthetic throughout the property gives it an incredibly upscale, transportive vibe right when you walk in. The gaming floor is clean, massive, and beautifully laid out with a great variety of slots and table games that kept us entertained for hours without ever feeling overly crowded or overwhelming. The room itself felt like a true luxury retreat—exceptionally clean, quietly tucked away from the casino buzz, and featuring one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Every staff member we encountered, from the valet team to the slot attendants, went out of their way to be polite and helpful. Between the top-tier dining options on-site and the beautiful full-service spa, you never actually have to leave the property to have a perfect weekend. I will absolutely be coming back the next time I need a fun, relaxing escape.

Fun place

Not a great experience. I was stranded without a key b/c my significant other had left & they wouldn’t let me in the room without my significant other other’s ID, even though he called & spoke to them. Make sure every person’s name is associated with the room so you have access. I’ve never had such unsympathetic customer service.

I stayed at Argosy Casino & Hotel for a weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised by how convenient everything was. After checking in, I spent some time at the casino before heading back to my room, which was clean, comfortable, and much quieter than I expected. The staff I interacted with throughout my stay were friendly and helpful, especially when I had questions about dining options on the property. I also appreciated not having to leave the hotel to find entertainment or a good meal. Overall, it made for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. We booked a two-night stay through Expedia and fully paid for both nights. On the morning of checkout, just two hours before we were supposed to leave, security attempted to enter our room and informed us that we had not paid for the second night. This was completely false. After speaking with staff, we were told that someone had supposedly checked us out, which never happened. We found this out hours later and despite this being entirely the hotel’s mistake, we were treated like we had done something wrong and were ultimately escorted out by security. It was embarrassing, stressful, and completely unacceptable. The only resolution offered was a refund for the extra $218 we were incorrectly charged. While that money should have been refunded, it did not make up for the way we were treated or the inconvenience and humiliation we experienced. Management showed little concern for the situation and made no meaningful effort to apologize or make things right. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The customer service was terrible, management was unprofessional, and paying guests were treated with complete disregard. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff were courteous and helpful whenever I had questions, and check-in was smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, and I would definitely consider returning on a future trip.
