I arrived at night to rent a room and I was met by a terrible manager and also when I left the room and left, unknown funds were withdrawn from my bank from this card so I think this is a scam and the support service does not work
The manager of the hotel is the most compassionate, patient&fair hotel manager that I have interacted with over the years, and there have been a lot over the years. The hotel has come a long way since he became manager. It's a much more relaxing environment, day&night and it starts as soon as you walk into the lobby. Thank you Baymont Inn&Suites of Kent for making this hotel stay better than ever before!
Amazing
Unfortunately, the hotel manager is extremely rude and speaks very badly. I booked a two-day stay at the hotel, and five days after I checked out, he defrauded me of $140 using my credit card. When I told him I would report him to Booking.com, he said he didn't care. I advise you not to give your bank statements to the staff there because they will likely commit fraud.
The staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean and the location look great and it's very conveniently located
