Was a great experience. The staff, housekeepers are so nice. Vicky Diaz at the front desk was super attentive she has the best customer service I have ever experience in a hotel super great 100% + 1. The areas super clean the room was excellent clean the bed had a love bird made of towels and a heart. The pool was super clean and the areas, feel in love with this hotel. My husband and I had a wonderful experience. 100% recommended. Already planning our next stay hopefully we take our family. Hope to see Vicky again in our next stay. At the check out our front desk attendant was Destiny great service check in and check out was super fast and easy. We were sad that we didn't have more days to spend. Hope 2 month go fast so we can go again. Keep up the amazing work.

The room was so clean. Staff was amazing and so accommodating!! I had a last min crisis and had to bring my kitten and they were so nice about it. We were here for the jiu jitsu tournament and it was so nice having a place so close to food and a room to relax in. If we come back to the area we will be back here for sure 👍

We always stay here when we come to Lakeland! Best spot! Pool and ihop and all major shopping malls very close ! Thanks Laura you were also very welcoming!!!!!
